Coastal Carnival attempts to capture the vivid and vibrant beach scene on one of those days when everybody seeks relief from sun and heat at the beach, surrounded by the passing parade of humanity. This eclectic 'malibu-type' scene was played out on beaches around the world back in the halcyon days of the sixties.
